In addition to the core facilities, each member of the graduate faculty
maintains a research lab. These facilities are utilized by faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students
to pursue research projects funded by the National Science Foundation, the National Institutes of Health, The United
States Department of Agriculture, and many private foundations. Undergraduate involvement in all departmental research
is strongly supported and encouraged.
